Knowing early in her education at Red River College that surgery was her true calling, she built a dynamic career that took her from Orthopedics at St. Boniface Hospital to highly competitive travel nursing roles across Connecticut and California.
A Canadian at heart, Lisa returned to Winnipeg to dedicate over a decade to St. Boniface Hospital’s Urology, Vascular, and Plastic Surgery wards. With advanced assessment certifications and years spent leading as a Clinical Resource Nurse, Lisa possesses top-tier medical insight.
Today, she guides patients through every single phase of their surgical journey at The First Glance. Outside the clinic, Lisa loves staying active, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her beloved dogs.
Lindsay | Expert Nurse Injector
With nearly two decades of dedicated medical experience, Lindsay is a highly sought-after Expert Nurse Injector specializing in advanced medical aesthetics.
A cornerstone of The First Glance since 2008, Lindsay possesses a unique dual expertise: when she isn’t delivering flawless, natural injectable results, she is seamlessly assisting our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in the operating room.
Armed with advanced training in industry-leading technology and medical-grade skincare, Lindsay approaches her work as a true artist. Known for her meticulous precision, she is deeply invested in the safety and satisfaction of every patient.
Outside the clinic, Lindsay enjoys an active lifestyle, hiking, traveling, spending summers at the lake, and relaxing with her two young children, family, friends.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005, she spent 17 years honing her rapid-response skills in the fast-paced Emergency Department at St. Boniface Hospital. Her elite background includes advanced certifications in Cardiac Rhythms, EKG Interpretation, and the Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Today, Trish brilliantly merges her top-tier medical expertise with her lifelong passion for cosmetics and skin health.
As an expert injector and surgical nurse, she is deeply dedicated to helping patients safely address their aesthetic concerns and build unwavering confidence.
Outside the clinic, Trish loves spending time with her husband, her three children, and their adorable Sheepadoodle, Fred.
