With over two decades of dedicated experience in the healthcare industry, Nicole is the operational cornerstone of The First Glance. Serving as the Operations Manager and the trusted right hand to Dr. Avi Islur, she ensures that every patient experiences a seamless, world-class standard of care.

A graduate of Red River College, Nicole built her impressive career by mastering every facet of medical administration across a variety of specialty clinics. This comprehensive background allows her to lead with profound industry knowledge, unwavering positivity, and a deep commitment to exceptional customer service.

Outside of orchestrating the clinic's daily success, Nicole enjoys traveling, photography, baking, and spending quality time with her son and partner. A warm and welcoming fixture at The First Glance, she always invites you to stop by her office and say hello during your next visit.
