FaceTite with Fractora Resurfacing

This procedure combines the skin tightening and lifting of the FaceTite with the powerful collagen boosting and resurfacing treatment of the Fractora.

FaceTite is an effective method of treating saggy skin on your face and neck. It uses energy-assisted skin tightening to deplete the loose areas of the skin, giving a tighter, more toned appearance. The results are an overall younger looking face, with a smoother complexion. The difference here is the energy can be applied more accurately, right where it’s needed. The tissue heats up causing the collagen to contract, and the facial skin and tissue tightens and lifts as it heals.

Fractora delivers RF energy into the skin through a collection of pins producing heat and creating small micro-lesions in the treatment area. Collagen restructuring for skin rejuvenation is produced from the gentle heat generated by the Fractora pins in the sub-dermal tissue, which creates an improved appearance in the skin. The skin heals faster and better from of the micro-lesions, than if the entire area was ablated.

When these two procedures are combined, the results are similar to a mini Facelift. This procedure is performed under local anaesthetic and usually takes no more than an hour. FaceTite™ with Fractora™ Resurfacing is performed in our state-of-the-art facility located at The First Glance Clinic.

What's the recovery period after FaceTite with Fractora Resurfacing?

As with most cosmetic surgeries, you will need to take time to recover. The recovery period will be different for each patient depending on the extent of the surgery, the area of the body, and the patient’s health. You can expect the area treated to be swollen with a possibility of minor bruising. You may return to work as soon as you are comfortable  Usually, healing time is between 7-10 days. Normal activities can be resumed after a few days.

You will see results immediately, and they will improve gradually over a three to six week period as the skin tightens and more new collagen is formed.
